Earth Wise Land Consercancy was formed to conserve farmland, wildlife habitat and scenic areas.

EWLC asks for an endowment donation of $12,000.00 for any easement created. The funds are used to monitor the easement, cover document origination fees and legal costs to create and review all documents, and pay all administrative costs. You will also be asked to pay for a title insurance policy with EWLC as named insured.
